Hardworking and friendly staff… Close to everything you need- groceries, gas, banking, shopping, etc. Staff is quick to resolve any issues and is available round the clock. John, the owner is meticulous about the product he puts out, and cleans the parking lot and grounds almost daily on foot. Grass is mowed weekly. 10/10 would recommend. Wonderful, safe, and clean place!”

“I lived in Park Place from 2015 to 2021. I had a great experience. It’s quiet and peaceful. It’s close to shopping, gas and expressway. Lots of modern touches to the apartments which is not common in most apartments in the area. If maintenance is required, they are fast to respond. The owner and management are awesome!”
